• To reserve your spot, you need to pay a $500 deposit.  
  

• The deposit is refundable for 30 days after it is paid. However, if the deposit has been paid within 90 days of the tour, it is not refundable. 

• The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the tour.  

• ​​We encourage everyone to purchase travel insurance for the trip in case of any unforeseen circumstances or if you need to cancel after the balance is paid. Travel insurance is not included in the price of the tour. ​

• ​If you would like help with booking the flight from the USA to Johannesburg and back, contact us!  If you are in Minneapolis and would like to fly with the tour guide (especially for those attending the youth tour) contact us and we are happy to assist you with this.
